Delivery Information: To qualify for delivery your order must be a minimum of $250 in rental items and can change depending on location. Delivery fee is subject to change depending on the location and labor put into your event. All merchandise except linens, must be returned clean and dry or there will be an additional charge for cleaning. Customer is responsible for the cost of replacement of any linen returned torn, burned, or cut. Client will be charged replacement cost plus tax for any lost or damaged items. Rental Fees do not include setup or take down. Delivery is to the door at street level unless arranged and paid in advance. We require 7-14 day advance reservations for most events with 200+ guests.

DAILY RATES always apply for each 24 hours the items are out unless otherwise specified. Long term rates always apply ONLY if paid for in advance and are shown on contract. Any changes or cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to delivery. Fees applied if it is less than 7 days before.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

No Refunds, Net Cash before delivery. Renters can get a refund of their deposit or cancel an order, if they contact management 14 days prior to date of scheduled Event.

Agreement: LICENSEE TAKE NOTICE: PERSIANO EVENTS AS SELLER/LICENSER, AND THE PURCHASE/LICENSEE IDENTIFIED ON THE ORDER CONTRACT THROUGH OUR SHOPPING CART SYSTEM, HERBY AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE AS FOLLOWS: PERSIANO PARTY RENTALS & EVENTS uses great care to maintain all of its equipment in good order and repair. However, Persiano Party Rentals & Events gives no warranty expressed or implied of merchantability or fitness as to condition, quality or as to any other matter, of any equipment which is sold or use of which is licensed. Persiano Party Rentals & Events shall not be responsible for damages or personal injuries which occur while the equipment is in Purchase/Licensee's possession since PERSIANO PARTY RENTALS & EVENTS has no control over how Purchaser/Licensee will maintain or use the equipment. Purchaser/Licensee acknowledges that he has inspected the equipment prior to the item of taking possession thereof, and has found it in good condtion and repair, or will inspect it immediately on taking possession, and will inform PERSIANO PARTY RENTALS & EVENTS if it is not in good condition or repair.

Purchaser/Licensee accepts the equipment "as is", and will save and hold PERSIANO PARTY RENTALS & EVENTS harmless from an and all damages or injuries sustained by any person or entity while the equipment is in possession or control of Purchaser/Licensee. There are no warranties which extend beyond the rental agreement signed by Purchaser/Licensee. Licensee shall be fully responsible for all rental charges and other charges hereunder, even if Licensee directs that all or any portion of said charges be billed to another person or entity. Licensee agrees to operate the equipment only in the manner for which it is intended, and not to attempt to make any repairs to the equipment, but shall return the equipment to PERSIANO PARTY RENTALS & EVENTS PROMPTLY AND WILL COOPERATE WITH PERSIANO PARTY RENTALS & EVENTS in making the equipment available for pickup by PERSIANO PARTY RENTALS & EVENTS, licensee shall pay PERSIANO PARTY RENTALS & EVENTS upon demand for all equipment lost or damaged. Purchaser/Licensee acknowledges that they have read the foregoing terms and conditions and agrees to this agreement.
